How to change default Android apps

Android makes many apps on your mobile default such as the launcher app. What if you want to change the default to a different app? Android doesn’t make this easy so just follow this guide.
1. Open the settings app
2. Press Applications
3. Press Manage Applications
4. Press the tab at the top called All
4. Click on the default app such as your Launcher app
5. Scroll down to the bottom and click the button called Clear defaults
Now when Android opens up the default app you will be presented with a dialogue box with a choice of apps you can open. If you want to set a default then tick the box at the bottom before choosing an app to open.
