If you find an app on the website you want to install simply click on the Install or Add to list button and then it will be sent to your device. Then when you open the AppBrain app on your device and sync it, your new app will be there ready to be installed. If you aren't at your computer then you can browse and install apps from your device just like you would do on the website. The website also has an option to scan an installation barcode right from the site.
